Pre-order cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order with Pocket Pumps, payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has been processed for dispatch, please contact us at racedayrunway@outlook.com as soon as possible. Where cancellation is possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may be unable to cancel it. You can still exercise any applicable rights to return your order after receiving it, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

If there is a significant change to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
